English Language Arts
Ms. Smith studied French and International Studies at UNC-Chapel Hill and then English-Professional Writing at Western Carolina University. She enjoys mountain biking, running and contra dancing. When she gets the chance, she writes. She wrote a short play for Calliope Stage that was inspired by her rambunctious middle school students. She has been at Cherokee since 2012.
